Private speech and language services are covered by many extended health insurance plans. Many employers’ benefit plans provide coverage, up to a certain amount, similar to massage therapy or physiotherapy.
Sessions take place in my clinic at 6105 Currents Drive NW (inside of Iconic Eye Care). Alternatively, I offer telehealth services.

I typically require 60 minutes for the initial consultation, and 30 minutes for follow-up or treatment sessions.

In order to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Alberta, you need to be registered with the provincial body, Alberta College of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (ACSLPA). They released a document titled Providing Services During a Pandemic - August 4, 2020 which additionally drives all protective and precautionary decisions.
I charge 180$ per 60 minute session and 80$ per half hour. Extra charges may apply to formal report writing or standardized assessments.
